Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and delivering design concepts across diverse projects, including social media content, branding, and communication campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Contribute to creating compelling visual assets by leveraging expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Support content animation for various platforms using tools like After Effects or Final Cut Pro.
- Ensure all design outputs align with organizational principles and brand guidelines.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives.
- Promote creativity, innovation, and accountability within the team.
Qualification
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Experience creating animations for digital platforms.
- A portfolio showcasing your understanding of design principles, including layout and typography.
- Knowledge of current trends in digital and print design.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
